Hey ya'll, here is my 2013 FRS build. In hindsight, I don't think I really documented as much as I wanted to but then again, my car isn't really too built so I wouldn't expect a crazy build sheet.
I had an S13 as a first car and never really got to finish the build I wanted for it so I wanted to carry on the spirit with this car as much as I could. In the end I think I really made this car my own with the little details and parts that I've decided to put on the car over the years.

I purchased it at the Toyota dealership I was working at and am the 2nd owner @ 40k miles. It was an older dude that traded it in for a 2016 model(???) no idea why anyone would do that.
August 2016 - Proud new owner of an FRS
Also took it to go see NAOKI NAKAMURA OF TEAM BURST ON US SOIL. This was a fun trip and was really cool seeing how much of a good driver he was in person. This event really changed a lot of people's mindset about drifting (for better or for worse).
Also shoutout this cringe ass video of me when I got my jdm emergency light
August 2017 - Just got 1st gen Stance coilovers from a buddy for free since he scored a pair of free coils for himself. Signed up for a Drift Central but ended up getting carsick because of skill issue :')
Picked up a set of 17x9 +15 for $600 bucks (Shoutout to the Bank of Justin) and just randomly picked out two cans of gold Toyota Sienna paint from Pep Boys and painted them.
I had to shave the wheel studs as a result. Shoutout 5x100 lmao
Got a pair of AVS Model 5's 17x9 +35 for the rears for $300 shipped.
Put them on and the overall fitment was digusting lmao
Got Tom's lights and they are still the best tailights for the car IMO
Put in a Bride Zeta 1. A buddy has it now but was my favorite seat because of how low it sat
A friend from Socal found a whole authentic Vertex lip kit for $300(?) something dollars. It was a deal of a lifetime tbh. They kinda taxing for a lip kit to be frank. The fitment is extremely on point however and at least shows in the quality.
Painted the kit and really surprised me with how much it changed the look of the car.
Got a steering wheel hub from Justin and installed a wheel and tuned up the interior a little more
I then purchased this set of BNIB Prius Ganadors and tried to mock it up
mocked it up and drilled into it
I probably wouldn't reccomend this as it's so much work just to be not able to really see out of your side mirrors
Got one of the cleanest pairs of AVS Model 5's in 18x10 +45 I've ever seen
and boom double staggered Model 5's
I then put on PBM LCA's and was way too low and just ended up dragging my car back home to try and reconfigure it.
Painted the ganador's and all is right with the world
Got a Red Zeta 2 cause I wanted to be have a red accented interior but I was ultimately too fat for it to sit comfortablly. Shit do be looking good though
and then.. got this bad boy... a Zeta 2 NEOS.
For those wondering, the main differences are the fabric- it's almost a jersey like material, still soft but seems more durable, and the updated logo at the headrest. Overall it fit slightly wider which was surprising and allowed me to sit comfortably in it.
I then picked up an R magic intake and decided to paint it pink myself since the option was about $100 difference. It ended up being more because I went to a local paint shop and had them put House of Kolor in a can for me to use.
I grabbed a Blitz Intake as well since I saw this exact look on a demo car and just had to recreate it as best I can. I managed to snag an R magic oil cap as well for another splash of hot pink.
I pieced together a set of staggered chrome grenades but this look was short lived as the rear wheels were leaking and I just had fitment issues in the rear since I wasn't 5x114.3 converted.
After a while of driving I decided I wasn't feeling it and went to 17" squared. I ran G33 fronts and R33 rears.
I then drove it to Socal and made some great and not so great memories with some friends. Shoutout Nikko for the pics! CALIFORNIA WORLD
and in timely fashion, I ultimately went for another double stagger setup with a set of WMB Cr Kai's
I also ended getting an ebay TRD wing and was super pleased with the result. It made the silhouette so much sleeker.
Over the years, I have really only drifted it a handful of times but with the help of Assetto the last two events at RAF really made me feel like I understand the car and helped cleaned up my sloppy steering skills.
That's pretty much it!
Here's a photo of all the stagger sets I've done for shits and giggles.
This is fucking awesome. That intake is wild, and your wheel choices are perfection!
Were the ganadors bolt on?
One of the nicest ZN6s I’ve seen! Would love to get one as a daily sometime in the future
