I'll keep it short and simple. Film has seen a huge resurgence as a photographic medium, and the drift photography community has been no exception. So let's talk film: Cameras, film stocks, advice, cool images, let's see it ๐

Starsharks are best. Jordan @scrapeordie knows what's up. Kodak Gold, Canon eos 1n
Still getting into it myself. I decided to dive into shooting film after catching inspiration from lauraroze. Haven't done photography in general since probably 2012.
Primary shooter is a Minolta Maxxum 5000 that my grandmother passed down to me.
Most of my favorites I posted in the FB6 thread. Kodak Gold 200 was the stock of choice for that event.
I also picked up a Kyocera Samurai X3.0 from a seller in Japan on eBay. It's a half-frame camera purchased purely for having pictures that'll look good on a phone. Resolution gets a bit crunchy on desktop, but that kinda adds to the vibe. It's a fun quirky camera that's been great to practice with.
All above shot with Fujifilm 400 I managed to snag at walmart. Originally wanted to buy an Olympus-pen for half-frame shooting, but the Samurai having zoom and flash sold me.
ive kinda fallen off the film wagon recently for multiple reasons, but i think my best experience shooting drifting was being able to shoot a Loose Socks Daisuki night event at Grange. shot on Cinestill 800t on my Minolta X-570 with (i think) a 58mm f1.4. id really like to get back into it but only time will tell if i have the motivation and/or the funds to do so
Shooting film for 4 years now, I have collected 12 film cameras since then ๐. Fujifilm is my go to film stock but I have been shooting Kodak in 120 lately.
